Delivery Terms – Tigera

1. Delivery Coverage:
Tigera currently delivers to all major cities and regions within the Sultanate of Oman. If your location is outside our standard delivery zones, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution if possible.

2. Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.

3. Delivery Charges:

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all orders unless stated otherwise during promotions or special offers.

  • Orders above a certain value (e.g., OMR 30) may qualify for free delivery—this will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, if applicable, so you can follow the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues or Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or logistical delays) may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, our customer service team will contact you with updates.

6. Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

7. Receiving Your Order:
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any visible damage or if the product received is incorrect, please notify our delivery personnel immediately or contact our support team within 24 hours.

8. In-Store Pickup (if applicable):
If Tigera offers a pickup option in the future, you will be able to choose “Click & Collect” during checkout and pick up your order from our designated location in Oman.
